Ive been working from home since March 2020it was quite challenging at first adapting and getting the IT set up as home working was quite new for the company, but I have had fantastic support from Sellafield throughout. My studies, exams and end-point assessment for the apprenticeship also went virtual. I feel very lucky to have a secure job and toBECAUSE have been able to keep learning and developing in my role. Whilst there have been challenges, IUNIVERSITY have learnt a lot and been able to adapt to new situations. Im looking forward to continuing with my course and apprenticeship, progressing on toISNT Masters level next academic year. Im also looking forward to getting back on site when I can.In the future, I would like to work towardsTHE ONLY becoming a Chartered Engineer.
