When tested independently (tests 6 to 11 in Table 3-4), the test results obtained for each AS1530.3 index (Ignitability, Spread of Flame, Heat Evolved and Smoke Developed) are almost identical with only a small variance in the Smoke Developed Index. In all cases, the AS1530.3 results are within the following value range:Ignitability Index: 0 Spread of Flame Index: 0 Heat Evolved Index: 0 Smoke Developed Index: 0-3 When the AS1530.3 test is repeated with the steel facings bonded either side of a material deemed not combustible under AS1530.1, in this case mineral wool (tests 1 and 2 in Table 3-4), the results give a near identical outcome to tests 6 to 11 in Table 3-4, that is: Ignitability Index: 0 Spread of Flame Index: 0 Heat Evolved Index: 0 Smoke Developed Index: 2 Similarly, when the AS1530.3 test is repeated with the steel facings bonded either side of a combustible EPS core material (tests 3 and 4 in Table 3-4), the results again provide a near identical outcome to tests 6 to 11 in Table 3-4, that is: Ignitability Index: 0 Spread of Flame Index: 0 Heat Evolved Index: 0 Smoke Developed Index: 2 Revision 1-1120'
