At the same time, these boats must be as light as possible to lift onto their foils in less breeze than the competition. The newest Air winch provides a massive 9000 kg working load but does this without being massiveweighing just 31 kg. Thats 24% lighter than Harkens previous generation 1130 which is not an Air winch and still remains the markets second lightest. The closest non-Harken offering weighs 77% more. All Air winches feature interchangeable gearing sets that give crews the flexibility to create a perfect blend of speed and power for each days weather and crew configuration.
