She won her CVA in recognition of her tireless efforts to promote inclusion and diversity across the profession.Erusa has been delivering STEMIn her free time, Erusa is developing (science, technology, engineering anda STEM activity that profiles and mathematics) talks at schools andhighlights engineers from minority colleges for many years.
