b'Fire Engineering Assessment, Revision 01 DeltaCool, DeltaSecrectFix, DeltaTrim at 100 mm and 75 mm Fire Performance, Project No. 25367 25367-SFE-FEA-01-Delta Panel Fire Performance Executive Summary Spectra Fire Engineers have been appointed by Delta Panels Pty Ltd to undertake a review of the Fire and Life Safety Provisions associated with the DeltaCool, DeltaSecrectFix, DeltaTrim at 100 mm and 75 mm Fire Performance. DeltaCool 100 mm thick panel with a mineral wool core was tested in accordance with AS ISO 9705:2003(R2016) (RTF252619 R1.0 by Jensen Hughes) and was determined to have a Group Number of 1 when classified against the criteria of AS 5637.1:2015 and Specification 7 of the National Construction Code 2022 Volume 1.This report documents the assessment which has been undertaken to determine the likely Group Number classification of the following Delta Panels Pty Ltd products if they were to be tested in accordance with AS ISO 9705:2003(R2016) and classified in accordance with AS 5637.1:2015, considering the minor variations between the assessed products and the tested product to make a determination on the expected fire hazard properties: -DeltaCool 75 mm thick panel with a mineral wool core -DeltaSecretFix 100 mm thick panel with a mineral wool core -DeltaSecretFix 75 mm thick panel with a mineral wool core -DeltaTrim 100 mm thick panel with a mineral wool core -DeltaTrim 75 mm thick panel with a mineral wool core The assessment documented herein presents an opinion regarding the expected performance of a component of building fabric if it were subject to testing under with AS ISO 9705:2003(R2016) and classified against the criteria of AS 5637.1:2015 and Specification 7 of the National Construction Code (NCC) 2022 Volume 1. This assessment is pursuant to A5G3(e) of the NCC, and sets out the basis on which the determination on expected performance is made and the relevant standards, specifications, evidence and other publications relied on in order to make this determination.
