Board. We are currently experiencing a culture and climate that has limited equity, diversity, and inclusion. Minoritized schooling has resulted in(especially African American students) more segregation, more disproportionate discipline, and more underachievement. To disrupt this trend, there is need for a Sankofain paradigm shift in how educators can approach Black Excellence with students.
