Findings show that their professional status results from the University Instructoropportunities, support, and resources provided inside school, extracurricular McAlister High School/LAUSD &environments, and at home. Additionally, it examines the role family, quality Pepperdine University schools, and instruction play in developing academic talent. Lastly, this workshop is for superintendents, administrators, and other stakeholders supporting the academic development of Black girls and women.
